Parent Communication and Online Payments
Attention all parents and carers! Communicating with you is an important part of what we do, making sure you get the correct information about activities, events and school news that really matters is something we care about.
The school uses a management information system called Scholarpack and we will send you texts and emails from this system. Your mobile numbers and email addresses are recorded against your child's details so we can contact you efficiently. Please make sure you let the office know of any changes to mobile numbers and email addresses as soon as you can after changing them.
We use a system called ParentMail, a service used by over 6,000 schools, nurseries and children’s clubs, which enables parents/carers to pay for school activities, clubs, parental contributions online. We will set you up on Parentmail within the first few weeks of your child starting at nursery. You will receive an email from Parentmail asking you to verify your details. Once you have done this, you will be able to pay online should you wish to do so.
